sadly didnt fix it for me, i noticed though the flickering happens as soon as you install MSI afterburner. its a bug with MSI afterburner.

Ah thank you, this worked for e., was getting very tired of my cintiq tablet flickering like crazy if I extended desktop. This seems to have fixed it.

Hmm I overclocked my 5750 to 800/1200 with fan running at 75% and even during load it still reachs about 46C. it raised my Crysis FPS to about a constant 25-30 FPS. During intense battles it drops to about 15. But thats my cpu fault. My CPU is the amd athlon 64x2 3600 @ 2.3. But with this overclock it raised bioshock to almost a constant 45-60 FPS. But my screen does flicker occasionally, and only sometimes do i see artifacts. Only for milliseconds, then they are gone.

i would recommend getting another gb of ram and it would halp if you have dual core or a quad core but a single core might work but not guaranteed so you might be able to run it on medium-low settings

@DigitalEmpires (i did the same as you *worried face* but i get all my gmod addons from gmodfiles (google it), remember that u put most of the stuff into your Garry's Mod/garrysmod/addons folder, but if the files in the .zip file are like "materials" or "models" or "resources" or something, you put all of the files in Garry's Mod/garrysmod folder. hope this helps :D
